Straight And Narrow

A hallway with a view.

This covered walk runs along the library, and from one end it does all the work for you. The ceiling is warm wood, the wall is pale limestone with a long bench built in, and the sun laid shadows across the pavers, every one pointing the same way. Even the shadows stay in line. It's a library, so stop on the way in for something to read that isn't on a phone.

Color matters here: amber wood overhead, cool gray pavers underfoot, and a strip of daylight down one side.

Tall and calm, for an entryway or a hallway that could use a little more length.

Frame-ready on Fuji Lustre or float-mounted Metal, ready to hang the moment it arrives.
