The short version

These terms cover using this site and buying prints from Christopher Adam Photography LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them. They work together with my Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Who you're buying from

Christopher Adam Photography is the shop name of Christopher Adam Photography LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Questions about anything here? Contact me.

The prints

• Every print is made to order after you buy it, in the size and finish you choose.
• Prints are open editions: they aren't numbered or limited. I may retire or replace images over time, so I can't promise any print will always be available.
• Product photos and wall mockups show each print as accurately as I can, but every screen displays color a little differently. Small differences in color and tone between your screen and the print are normal and aren't a defect.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• If a price or description is ever listed in error, I'll contact you before your order goes into production. You can continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Payment is handled securely at checkout. I never see or store your full card details.
• I may decline or cancel an order, for example one that looks fraudulent or goes to an address I can't ship to. If I do, you get a full refund.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery details are in my Shipping policy. All sales are final because every print is made to order, but damage in transit is covered, and so are cancellations caught before production. The details are in my Returns policy.

Copyright: what you can do with your print

Buying a print gets you the print, not the copyright. Every photograph on this site, and every print made from it, is © Christopher Adam Photography, and all rights to the images are reserved.

• Hang it, enjoy it, give it as a gift, and share photos of it on your wall. (A tag is always appreciated.)
• Please don't copy, scan, reprint, or sell reproductions of it, or use the images for any commercial purpose or for training AI, without my written permission.

Using this site

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or copy its photos or content.

Limitation of liability

I stand behind every print as described in my Returns policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
